Take It Back
I don't want someone who's "good for me."
Why are people so obsessed with telling me that someone is "good for me" like I'm a sick patient who needs tending to?
I want a partner, not medicine. I want (not need) a person who would have enough confidence in me to believe that I could reel myself back to reality every time my sanity slips through my fingers.
I am not a piece of broken clay for you to put back.
I'm not a restoration project that you can add to your list of achievements once you've polished me back to my shiny self.
No. I refuse to be reduced to a person who falls inlove and stays inlove just because someone is "good for me."
